Linka

Established in 1992 by the European Commission, the EU Ecolabel was designed in order to help you to be able to identify and products and services which have a reduced environmental impact throughout their life cycle, meaning that they help to preserve environmental sustainability. The EU Ecolabel is recognized as the gold standard on the European level. It is a deliberate promoter of practitioners of environmental excellence while having a key focus on trust. The application of the EU Ecolabel is set in motion by following the Regulation (EC) No 66/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

The EU Ecolabel is included in Ecolabel Index which is the largest global directory of ecolabels, currently tracking 458 ecolabels in 197 countries, and 25 industry sectors (see: ecolabelindex.com).
